SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  • If the merchandise ordered is in stock, it will be shipped in one to seven business days.

  • If the merchandise ordered is not in stock, it will be considered a special order and will be custom made. It will take about one to four weeks to be made.

  • Goldman jewelers will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.

  • All orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unable to do so on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following reasons will void the 15 day policy:

  • If a diamond is set in Semi-Mounted by anyone other than Goldman Fine Jewelers.

  • If the ring has been worn

  • If it was made a special delivery

  • Had been resized outside of Goldman Fine Jewelers recommendations 

  • Any head changes

  • Any product missing the original sales receipt is non-refundable and non-exchangeable

  • Custom made and or altered

  • Custom engraved items

  • If Rings are Resized (factory ladies ring size is 7 and male ring size is 10 )

  • Closed out and Sale items are not returnable but can be exchanged in 15 days if not damaged or not resized . Make sure before if you want to buy.

  • Special made monogram Jewelry is not refundable and not exchangeable at all. There will be no exceptions
